Successfully supported to reverse the arbitrary elimination of cast iron flanges from AWWA C115

1978

Began sharing ‘best practices’ through member plant tours

Introduced NAPF to the Industry with convention booth display

Normalized the practice of fabricating wall pipe from threaded components

1980

Successfully supported specifications containing “Flanged Pipe shall be Manufactured by the pipe manufacturer”
